These terms govern access to and use of the websites, web applications and mobile applications operated by 3B Ventures SAS ("3B Ventures", "we"), including the Syndy platform published at syndy.ma. By creating an account or using the services, the customer accepts these terms.
Scope of the services
Syndy is a software-as-a-service platform for property management. It provides management, accounting, document and communication tools for professional managers, together with a resident portal. Banking and payment features are delivered in partnership with regulated payment institutions and banks; 3B Ventures is a technology provider and does not itself hold client funds.
Accounts and acceptable use
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit, for the confidentiality of their credentials and for the acts of the users they invite. The services may not be used to store unlawful content, to attempt unauthorised access, to reverse engineer the platform, or to resell access without a written agreement.
Subscriptions, fees and term
Access is sold as a recurring subscription, invoiced according to the plan and the number of managed units set out in the order form. Transaction fees may apply to digital collections and embedded banking services. Subscriptions renew automatically for the agreed period unless terminated before renewal. Late payment may lead to suspension after notice.
Customer data and intellectual property
Customers retain all rights to the data they upload. 3B Ventures processes that data only to provide and improve the services, as described in the Privacy Policy. All software, interfaces, models and documentation of the platform remain the exclusive property of 3B Ventures. Export of customer data is available on request during the subscription and for a limited period after termination.
Availability, liability and termination
We operate the platform on managed cloud infrastructure with monitoring, backups and planned maintenance windows. The services are provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability; our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid over the twelve months preceding the claim, except in cases of wilful misconduct. Either party may terminate for material breach that remains uncured after written notice.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Moroccan law, with exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca. Questions on these terms may be sent to hello@3bventures.co.
