3B Ventures SAS is the controller of the personal data processed through this website and, as processor on behalf of its customers, of the data managed inside the Syndy platform. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and the rights available to data subjects.

Data we process

— Contact data: name, professional email, company and message when you write to us. — Account data: identifiers, role, and activity logs of users of the platform. — Building & billing data: unit references, charges, invoices and payment status, entered by the managing customer. — Technical data: device, browser and IP information collected for security and diagnostics.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to perform our contract (providing the platform, invoicing, support), to comply with legal and accounting obligations, on the basis of our legitimate interest in securing and improving the services, and with consent where required — for example for optional analytics or commercial emails.

Sub-processors and hosting

The platform runs on managed cloud infrastructure. We also rely on regulated banking and payment partners, an email delivery provider, and product analytics and error-monitoring tools. Sub-processors act under contract, process data only on our instructions, and an up-to-date list is available on request. Where data is transferred outside the country of collection, appropriate contractual safeguards apply.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted by role and logged, and backups are taken regularly. Account data is kept for the duration of the subscription; accounting and legal records are kept for the statutory retention period; technical logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised.

This website uses strictly necessary cookies for session and security purposes. Any measurement or marketing cookie is set only after consent, and consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Your rights

Data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and may object to certain processing. Residents whose data was entered by their property manager are directed to that manager as controller; we support them in answering such requests.
